Splashy green, yellow, and cream variegated leaves ensure a non-stop show, even when the plant isn't peppered with bright pink blooms. Does not require regular pruning, but can be trimmed after flowering to encourage a fresh flush of colorful new growth. Should be watered regularly its first season, once it is established, spirea tolerates dry conditions quite well. Like most variegated plants, occasional reversions to the original green form may occur. These should be pruned out as needed. Deer resistant
